At ME ART, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality.

We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind
• Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a production error
